"Koromo - Japanese Workshop" is a training simulation game where participants improve the operations of an automotive workshop. The training practically teaches the essential methods and tools of Lean.
Participants of the simulation game are responsible for repairing damaged vehicles that come into the automotive workshop.
Throughout the gameplay, various problems and challenges arise, which the players tackle by gradually implementing Lean methods and tools.
